REMEN Q̅ WISDOM TALKS: INTRODUCTION
In the Remen Q̅ Wisdom Talks I will explore different topics of non-peace or the wisdom of Remen Q̅ . For example, betrayal, jealousy, shame, or grief.
Remen Q̅ is a DIY 4 step process to achieve inner peace at the moment. It is also a process used to achieve lasting peace when you engage in reflective meditation and or journaling daily. So often, we have a state of non-peace arise, and we ignore it. We don’t allow ourselves the space to deal with the constriction in our hearts or pain in our bodies. I do this from time to time, especially with body pain. I will ignore or pop a pill for the heartburn, the headache, or the ache in my back until the pain has increased to a very uncomfortable level.
Pain or a heart constriction is your body’s message that you can deal with these states of non-peace now, or you can deal with them later when they turn into much more significant issues. When they turn into much bigger problems, the emotional states that created them crystallize in your body. These body issues will then take more effort to remedy.
